I work at the Dearborn plant, all the raptors (and other trims) that are produced are at lot 59. No one yet has a built status, but they are built and ready for shipment. Many of them are marked as “Sent offsite - Body” that’s just normal protocol. They’re actually getting ready for shipment. This Friday, the 24 F150s sitting in lot 59 are going to be shipped out.

Thanks for the info. I ordered a 801a with moonroof, graphics delete, and spray bedliner on 1/18. Your best guess, what kind of time frame for delivery? After reading the forums, I wouldn’t be surprised it’s not until April or May.
Probably looking at a May build for a July delivery. Fun fact, never add the spray in bedliner from the factory, it goes offsite and adds 2-3 weeks for production. Do that at your dealership, it’s the same price and sometimes they’ll throw in bed cover.

I’ve been working here for 14 years and rarely does the tracker update. There’s been cases of people’s tracker saying “in production” when their vehicle has arrived at the dealership. Ask your dealership for updates on Friday and Monday.

You’re welcome :)

That’s the current status of mine, Friday they will be shipping?

I’m not sure if you’ll know from the factory side but do you think dealers will be able to track via VinView? Currently VinView says it’s sent offsite at lot 59 with a delayed tag on there and no eta.

The ones who have ETAs for first week of Feb are getting shipped first starting Friday. The ones with no ETA will have an ETA by Monday or Tuesday because they’re in like next. If you don’t have an ETA but your truck is on lot 59, it will be shipped next week. From what I’m hearing, they’ll make it to the dealerships quicker than usual. For the ones that are shipping out starting Friday will be at your dealership in two weeks max.

As previously mentioned, that’s normal protocol. Even if you didn’t add mods or graphics it still goes there for QC. Rest assured, your truck will be released for shipment either Friday or next week.

Thanks for update. So my original dealer was correct and so was Long McArthur podcast. Whoever before saying they contacted several Houston area dealers saying delay for HUD, I would take what they say in future with a grain of salt.

Every dealer I’ve talked to said first week of February for delivery on their stock orders they got incoming. I have not heard of any parts delay until I came to this thread.

So I have heard that a lot but that’s because dealerships don’t have much visibility around production delays so they’ll assume things. I wish the dealerships would stop making stuff up or do their research. They pass it along to customers and they’re believing what the sales reps say to them.
