As previously mentioned, that’s normal protocol. Even if you didn’t add mods or graphics it still goes there for QC. Rest assured, your truck will be released for shipment either Friday or next week.

I don’t know if you’re posting this info on an official basis from Ford or if you’re just being a nice person trying to dissolve any potential rumors, but thanks for your input and for putting our minds at ease. It’s nice to see all is well and Ford will be getting us our long-awaited new Raptors soon.

I got a phone call from my salesman today. He told me the truck is still showing its in hold status, but he said a transport company has been assigned to it and based on his past experience when that happens it should be shipping very soon. Hopefully this all aligns with what was said earlier in this thread about shipping starting tomorrow

Also, could mean nothing, but now on the FordPass app you can see the owners manual and some other documents that werent there the other day when i checked it out

Mines is still showing pending activation. Whats your ETA to the dealership? Mines says 2/2 but I’m sure that will change.

He said no ETA is shown but he has had trucks in the past just show up one day even though the tracker isnt updated

My truck was a 1/9 blend date. Update today is it went from 1/29 ETA to none listed. It now shows an ETA to dealer as TBD. Confirmed it has not shipped and still at Ramp 59.
