I own a 2024 Raptor with 4900 miles and my A/C is having the same issue.

Thanks for all the feedback (greatone99) . Problem solved, dealership found evidence that the evaporator froze , they performed SSM 52517 (an updated HVAC module). So far, so good.

funny thing is mine does not have the update , i checked with fdrs ,but mine has never froze. the update i think can come ota, fdrs , or dealer
