Then please enlighten all of us MGD and share some of these deals you know of. 2 months of looking and I didn't find anything close to that used or new, even with a "buddy" working at a local dealership. Best he could do was order at MSRP +tax, title, fees. The trucks they did have on the lot were purchased from other dealerships at $5k over MSRP and they wouldn't budge on the $10k markup. I guess he could be lying to me.

Ignore MGD, aka Sasquatch. He doesn't have a G2 and is just a jealous troll. Lucky for us being banned twice quieted him down a lot.

MSRP is a good price in most of the country. Some guys are having better luck at small dealers in the midwest. But that is still not very common.

I can't offer any strategy but I've noticed every dealer I talk to always says first. "Well we can ship it Cali and make $20K". When you ask about an order out they always have one more allocation for 2018. A few have told me that as early as September.

I've gotten so frustrated with the process and BS I've started to look at F250/350 Powerstrokes, you can get $10K of of MSRP without asking. I guess the demand is there, and if you don't want to pay you can't play.

I'll wait it out a little longer to see if things change. There are a bunch of dealers just sitting on trucks. One near me has 2-2017 still holding out for sticker.
