I've driven my Stepsons Rebel extensively and it's a solid truck, but not a Raptor ride, or performance, on or off road. The only (slight) edge I give Dodge (Ram) over Ford is the interior.
It's very well done with a superbly engineered tech center display. The TRX shares this...
Mine were scratched and faded on my 2018 802A Flat Black also. I masked them off and used some rattle can Krylon BBQ grill (Heat) flat black I had on hand. Looks good, easy and cheap.
On a side note while I was in the touch up mood I removed and painted my ugly (IMHO) upper cab brake/BU light...
The best TRX/Raptor comparison so far...

The Raptor is still the bar all the others are measured by....:)
Yet another tire company dabbling in that market...too bad they don't make a decent AT tire to fit the Raptor...

Every Texas inspection station has one, if they don't like it they warn you to fix it by next year. My Tacoma has FL dark tinting and has failed 5 times. Every year the kid smiles and says, "you know the spiel"
Gotta love TX
:)
Tundras doth not sucketh posterior...
I'd never sell my Raptor however comma, If I was...
Both of my previous Tacoma's and Tundra were dang near bulletproof and definitely not a Prius...
Yes there are other options for a 5' (or 6') bed crew cab great off road truck:
Tundra TRD Pro
Did I...
Ya know, in 40+ years I've probably pulled maybe ten Bros out of the ditch, always had some logging chain, a gentle pull and no problems.
However your video shows the worst case gone bad...ouch.
That said Amazon sells nice ones, a quick search yielded this:
GearAmerica Recovery Tow Strap 4" x...
Hate to be simplistic or old school but I just bought 15ft of chain at Home Depot and 2 bolts/nuts that would allow adjustable connections. Think the total cost was under $20.
HD also had straps, (no trapeze though) hitches lights etc.
Worth a look next time you take your wife there to "shop...
Potential Ford commercial:
We at Ford embrace the Earth, in fact we encourage immersing yourself in it. Of course our vehicles finishes are fully capable of capturing and adhering this organic mixture and displaying it proudly...
Got Mud????

PS: Looks like West Texas...
I was in a similar situation to yours but availability became the clincher on my 2018 802A with 21K and immaculate. Five finalists were sold before I could even go look at them. My wife actually pulled the trigger and did the whole deal over the phone.
It drove up my driveway while I stood...
Willie, I like it!
I'm kinda partial to the OEM look so....
I added the Amazon bumper hole grilles as it just didn't look right with holes. As Forrest said, I like it, like it a lot.

My 13yr old grandson has already driven (grandpa riding shotgun) The Beast the 3 country road miles from my mailbox to the "Casa de Grande"
His previous driving being RC cars and a kid sized ATV.
Cost? Maybe a buck.
"His irreversible grin wider than the Raptor impossible to erase for several...
Yessir, fully agree, trucks should (mine too) spend a lot of time outside.
However comma, like everything else in TX, the frequent hailstones falling from thunderclouds, are big...
And leave big dents...

Measure once cuss twice...comes from not having an engineering background other than staying in a few too many HI Express (and other lower level establishments).
Like Smurfslayer I grabbed a tape measure and the one AK Amber left in my fridge and started "evaluating".
2018 Super Crew is: 234"...
Don't have it in "The Beast" but Porsche has a cool deal with AT&T's Porschelink for $2 a month. The Grandkids stream with their "switches" going thru the W. TX boonies and CO mountains with very few complaints of poor service.
Every time they visit it pays for itself in quiet...:)
This is great, reminds me of deployed desert bitch sessions! Somebody always had an issue with something or a way to solve the worlds problems or more importantly, beat the system.
Yeeha!
Sadly I remember cars when the key stuck in a hole in the dash where the button is now. Interestingly my...
