I only have about 2000 miles on mine and have only needed an alignment, my Brother has a base 2010 Raptor for over 2 years and not had one issue, been very reliable and he isn't easy on trucks.
I have a 2012 with almost 2000 miles, whenever I put the truck in reverse there is a loud click from under the truck. After being warmed up it is a little louder and also clicks as I back up, almost like a ratcheting sound. I don't think it's normal as my brothers 2010 Scab doesn't do it, will...
My Brother has a 2010 5.4 Scab and his has the noise as well as my 2012, every Raptor I have test driven has done it as well making me think it is normal. While I don't like it making a noise if it is normal I can live with it.
I had a similar system in my 2011 Grand Cherokee "Hemi" and it didn't help at all, I actually get the same mpg in my Raptor while having much more fun.
I think it really depend's on what Rep you get, sometimes I would get all info and then the next day would get a vague answer and told to call my dealer.
I just hit 1000 miles on my 2012 SCrew and am avg 11.9, not bad considering it's very hilly here in Colorado. Looking to take it on a trip into the mountains in a couple of weeks and see how it does then.
