Well sounds like I'm not alone in having a long wait even after the truck was built!

Loaded on the rail car and IN TRANSIT!! OH YEA! Finally downloaded my window sticker as well. Is there a site or number I can call to track the rail car? My dealer gave me the rail car # but he didn't know if I could do that.

I think a lot of it must depend ont he dealer. I ordered feb 1st, it was buit on march 14th, and i called SVT yesterday and they said it was alredy on its way with an eta of march 30th. that would put it just over 8 weeks. The dealer is the only reason i can think of why time varys so much.

Ford's process really sucks. You would expect that orders would be filled by date received. I didn't know when I ordered my Raptor on Jan. 25, 2012, that I should have grilled the dealership to see where they stood in line with Ford. I bought from my local dealer (eight miles away) where I take my current truck for service. Ford Customer Service folks suck. I have gotten nothing but vague runarounds from them. I would really like someone from Ford management to try and explain their order process or should I say that lack of one. So much for any attempt at customer service.

Called SVT this morning, truck was built last week and is IN TRANSIT! According to the gentleman on the phone it's in some city in Kansas and is schedueled to be at the dealer on March 29th! Still not able to bring up a window sticker though...

I think it really depend's on what Rep you get, sometimes I would get all info and then the next day would get a vague answer and told to call my dealer.
