I thought the Bronco has a slightly different bolt pattern than the F150/Raptor…. We’re 6x135mm; thought the Bronco was 6x5.5” Would love to be wrong on this one!

For me it’s availability of the SCAB cabin… I’m stuck with my Gen2 until/unless Ford decides to do a SCAB Raptor again. Yes, I know I could buy a regular F150 and chop off the back end, especially if doing a lot of mods plus body panels, but it’s still not quite the same thing.

Went and checked… And realized all mine are Sq Pro, and Racer series; plus a set of XL80s. Guess I’m outta luck! :p Still love these lights though… Maybe @Baja Designs will consider a reprise of this offer when it’s time for a revamp on those models too! :deal:

Yeah, the geometry is critical… He only does those in house now, after a couple fabricators screwed up the install and blamed his kit. It may just be the new springs and shackles, but I’m pretty sure he also corrected something that was off in the stock rear suspension while they were in...

As I continue my research, I think I figured out their HP ratings… I think they just use Suncoast’s ratings, since the T1 transmissions are largely based on Suncoast’s rebuild kits, with some other custom work done to the internals.

I have some with pretty thick base plates, and no problem: …there’s a lot of thread on these bolts; probably gtg up to ~ 1/2” thick plate.

Mine were actually behind the big bundle of wires going into the firewall there… Where those two big connecters plug in on the passenger-side firewall:

Could also be the connection under the hood, or wherever you tied into the upfitter lead.

Tagged for interest… I think we’re finally seeing the Gen2 trucks accumulating enough miles to confirm the C-D-F clutch housing flaw. Hope you get yours under warranty…. Mine got the valve body replacement under warranty, and the next step would be a rebuilt trans with the new clutch housing...

Also @here Any thoughts from the hive mind re: the Sun Coast billet torque converter vs. the Circle-D Specialties version that also has a billet stator section? Anyone here have actual first-hand experience with either? Other better choices? ATS uses the Circle-D version, so if I wind up...

Same, except it now slips going into second (revs, but no forward motion), and then when it goes into third it feels like I’ve been rear-ended by another car. Somewhat better when warm, but still pretty friggin’ bad. I’m pretty much screwed though since at 112K miles, my truck’s 12K miles out...

Rubber bushings in the stock top hats deteriorate…rather quickly if you’re putting a lot of load into them with fast off road driving. Mine were completely shot at the 100K mark; surprised they didn’t fall apart based on how they looked when they came out.

That’s the one I got from Apollo for my Raptor, as well as my son’s regular F150…nice bit of kit

@Donovan it may have been answered (maybe in another thread?), but I didn’t see where a cause was attributed for the crank failure. Was it simply a defective crank, or possibly the harmonic balancer? Thanks in advance for any info…
