The Stainless works headers are ok but their cats do not hold up to a Supercharged Raptor.
From reading posts on this forum, stock and Kooks have always done well with SC Raptors.
If you really need to go with headers, than go Kooks all the way.

It's gonna be around $5,000 for Green catted headers and full true dual exhaust out the rear with tax and shipping minus installation.
Going out the rear...
Dealer is the way I would go!!!
I had to put in a reman when my OEM oil pump gears went, not even a year with the supercharger.
Still going strong, 30,000+ miles 7 years (I have as many hours as someone with 80,000 highway miles)
But the warranty I would question, not everything will be covered...
Nice, if your gonna do it do it right. LOL
Cooked all the inner bearings at 20,000 miles, had it warrantied, thank goodness, it was close to $3 grand to replace everything.
Now I have an AFE cover and Mobil 1 gear oil, all is good now.
You will never tax the tranny with the Roush kit, unless you cook the tranny fluid.
With the 47 lbs. injectors and the Twin 65mm TB, you'll only get 500 RWHP and 520 RWHP max with 93 octane on a cold day.
Honestly, I wouldn't do headers, I'm around 725-750 at the crank depending what drivetrain...
I know you have issues with them but I didn't and don't.
They treated me right the three times I did business with them but that was like 6 years ago so things may have changed.
The only other Traction bars that are bolt-ons are from RPG
I really like those bars more but they were not a making...
When you order the Deavers, take into account what you're going to do with your truck.
I have the HD version because I thought they would be enough to stop wheel hop but they didn't.
They are a little too stiff for me but I don't tow or off-road or carry a lot of weight.
Now with the traction...
I have the Rogue Racing traction bars, they are bolt on, no drilling.
ROGUE RACING - FORD F150\RAPTOR 2009+ TRACTION BAR SYSTEM — Rogue Racing
Supposedly RPG makes the same bar design, just not sure if they make them for the Gen 1
The SVC traction bars are much cheaper than the two above but...
Traction bars my friend is the only route to fully eliminate wheel hop and do WOT launches!!!
I went through all that, but doing the rear spring upgrade is a must do, just to have it ride better.
You need the "Green" Cats from Kooks not the high flow.
But you can do what ever you want, I'm just...
There's just to many threads and posts about the poor Raptor owners,
that got screwed by them with Raptors burning to the ground, blowing holes in pistons, no support!!! No warranty!!! With anything!!!
I totally agree, Hen-a-screw is crap that's for sure!!!
And I will never forgive them for the shit show they did to Raptor owners!!!
None of their shit works or last more than a month or two.
I just wanted to show the dyno numbers at the rear wheels.
Do option one!!!
New Ford remanufactured long block.
Billet Oil pump gears.
Now if the cats were damaged.
Make sure you use OEM Ford Cats or Kooks Green Cats.
None of those cheap high flow cats, they are garbage, they do nothing for power gains anyway.
And do the rear O2 spacers so you can...
@Kendal Smith I'm sorry, I'm still not fully understanding what you want.

I've been running an oiled air filter for 8 years now on this SC Raptor and over 20 years between three Tahoes.
Never had an issue!!!!!
When done right, (meaning you follow the directions to the letter), there will be no issue!!!!!
@FordTechOne @Marspool
Well your running some kind of wrong Tune, it's all software problem!!!!!!!! BIG TIME
Did you ever plug in a ELM dongle into the OBDII port.
There's big issue with those cheap ELM adaptors, there missing components to prevent damage to the PCM.
You're going to have to...
