RPG!!!!
They are a little expensive for a reason!!!
You're not going to find a better setup anywhere.
You need the Deavers or Icons rear springs for ride and stability.
OK
When you have time do some research on the forum for the Tunes for a Roush Supercharger.
You'll find that everyone that has switch to the JDM Tune for the Roush have nothing but great reviews.
Plus with the SCT handheld Tuner device you can change a couple of things like adding or removing...
Can you tell me more about this "they downloaded the tune"
Something doesn't sound quite right.
Do you have a handheld Tuning device, or is it a Roush Tune where they would have call them?
Otherwise, I can tell you right now that you wasted your time on the recall because when you flash back to...
I'm in need for a third set next year maybe sooner with just 38,000 miles all city driving!!!
The shocks are nice but not durable, if you read your manual you should have rebuilt them a long time ago.
If I were tight with money, I guess I would do the rebuild thing.
Rock Auto is cheap enough or...
My first concern would be,
Weak battery? Anything under 12.7 volts when truck is off is a NO GO!
Loose and corroded connections all the way down to the starter!!!!
The Roush SC will never need more fuel pressure than the stock fuel pump can deliver.
But I would check fuse #27
Have you done the...
No, I have a Tune and a SCT X4 handheld device, you can adjust the low tire pressure limit.
I think you can adjust it with the Forscan software but I never used it, someone should chime in and confirm.
36 in the front tires and 32 in the rear is my sweet spot for tires. (Stock Rims and Tires)
Steering gets too stiff with anything lower for parking and the back is so light.
Nothing would happen to the Whipple unit from running hot or getting wet, people run water/methanol through it.
But I would drain and replace the gear oil even though it's good for a 100,000 miles., since it will be off anyway.
Luckily you didn't hydro lock a cylinder, that would have been a...
Someone else just recently had a HE to IC coolant problem, turns out the IC had a crack and purchased a new one for $900
Hopefully yours is just that and not more involved.
And if it's just a crack and you have a chop that has a good TIG welder for aluminum, you save some $$$
It does suck that we can't put all that power to the ground with switching to 4x4
Just locking the rear doesn't really help after 30 mph because TC will kick in, even pressing and holding the TC button.
You have to put it in Off-Road mode, 2WD and then press and hold the traction control...
Yes the PCM will pull Timing but if it's set too advanced in the Tune which it should be, it can not pull enough.
There are two knock sensors that will tell the PCM to remove power if they feel knocking.
Hook up your OBDII reader and see if you already have misfiring.
I'm guessing you don't...
I can tell you right now that 87 octane is a "No Go"!!!
91 is the lowest you can get away without pre-detonation and miss-fires.
Having said that, depending on the setup some have been able to remove a lot of timing to run 87 safely.
You will lose a lot of HP and not really gain any mpg, but...
I bought mine from Ford Tasca Parts
https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-radiator-cap-6l2z8100ac
but this one from Amazon looks the same

I'm not touching that with your 20' pole.
It's not that we're not fans, it's that he is a crook and his s.h.i.t is garbage and not just the Raptors he's brunt to the ground or the engines he grenades, it's anything they touch.
Bad idea!!!
I guess it would be good for someone who needs a part.
Who knows the condition of the compressor.
I don't know why the compressor is all apart, it doesn't come like that new.
Buying individual parts is really expensive.
It's Called a "Vibration Dampener"
It is supposed to be free moving, but some times the rubber plugs that are pressed into the weight do disintegrate.
Some have removed it only to find out their side view mirrors shake and some haven't had a problem.
More info...
Hate to burst your bubble but you have your numbers all wrong and where you're attaching them to.
The 5.4L only produces 320 HP at the crank, 220 HP sounds about right for rwhp!!!
The 6.2L produces 411 HP at the crank, 315-317 rwhp is what the 6.2L gets stock.
Supercharge that beast, then...
