I did a little damage to the front bumper of my 2023 Raptor and am curious if anyone in the Houston area has a 2021-2023 front bumper. I don’t need the lights as I already have my own. Anyone upgrade their bumper and want clear out the garage? lol
Would you mind giving an update in 3 months or so in case the “learning tables” effect things after the tune? It is encouraging to hear, but I feel much better transmission behavior after using Forscan, but then the odd behaviors always return. Thanks for your feedback on this tune at this point!!
Kinda surprised they'd release the F load rating instead of a C/D in the very popular 315/70R17 size. A decent amount of vehicles now have these as OEM and plenty of people would want to upgrade their wranglers/broncos/rangers to this size in a normal weight tire. Aren't F rated tires a 95PSI...
Anything Hennessy is also going to have a massive upcharge over the recommended tuning situations. Those Hennessy raptors are huge money for what you get no matter what package you get.
That sucks...sometimes these things happen at the right place and time....but this doesn't seem like the case. Id personally take the money, the search for a replacement of equal value might be pretty tricky, but tossing in a little more cash could land you one with lower miles/slightly newer...
Yeah I’m like 30 miles from the nearest dirt road that isn’t private….my poor Raptor spends most of its time in stop and go traffic with occasional events and trips to CO where it ends up being in 4Low. No high speed dirt road drifts often unfortunately. Wet concrete is my only hope…lol
Ah..ok. Question. How long do KO2s last driving aggressively on dirt/gravel only? Maybe not drifting at 95, but properly aggressive. Zero on road miles. My Raptor is my DD so I’d never get close to knowing that…lol. 500 miles…?
On the independent suspension axle you're more likely to have cupping or slightly more uneven wear between the inside and outside of the tire (alignment, turning, braking, more weight, as the suspension ages this can get worse). Once they go on the rear they get cut down to more even. It can...
Woah... 5mpg. Those reviews are kinda suspect. Tons of spelling and grammar errors. It has the feel of a Chinese company using one of their translation algorithms to auto generate reviews. The way I see it, if Ford could do something as simple as a minor tweak and get 3-5 extra mpg from a...
Sorry guys....had other crap I had to do....broken sprinklers and stuff. I did partially pull that C pillar panel back, didn't see anything and slammed it home. Still rattles.
Id test drive it. Calling it just a BDS lift makes it sound like its a crappy drop bracket lift with a huge spacer on a twintube shock. It looks like a better setup than anything on the BDS website. Still won't ride like a Raptor, but Id test drive it.
Yeah other than that...pretty quiet truck. Which probably makes that one rattle especially annoying. Tends to go away on the HWY as the frequency increases, but 0-40mph its bad. Sometimes even if you don't find the rattle, simply taking apart and reassembling fixes it.
