Woah... 5mpg. Those reviews are kinda suspect. Tons of spelling and grammar errors. It has the feel of a Chinese company using one of their translation algorithms to auto generate reviews. The way I see it, if Ford could do something as simple as a minor tweak and get 3-5 extra mpg from a pickup truck they definitely would have done it. Also if you search other cars, they all say up to 35 HP. There are no dyno charts, and they have a huge amount of vehicles to choose from.

Just check out their reviews, the more you read them, the more they sound "off".

I'd stay away from that component, you usually get what you pay for, I'd go GooseTuned.
