For those Raptor owners, that own a Polaris RZR! Here's a new product drop. :)
NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT
Polaris RZR Turbo/S 16+, XP1000 14+, XP900 15+, 30” Roof Mount Kits
Introducing a clean and simple bolt on solution for the Polaris RZR Turbo S (18-On), Turbo (16-On), RZR XP 1000 (14-On)...
The Raptor should have its own fuses under the fuse box for the auxiliary switches. It wouldn't hurt to keep the inline fuse, but it's just repetitive/unnecessary. :)
To connect to the upfitter harness in the Raptor, all you need is a power and ground going to the light. At this point, you would be using the harness for material. You won't be using the inline fuse, switch, or ring terminals for a battery. You would disconnect the harness at the switch, and...
Bink Designs outfitted their Expedition with seven LP9 Pros! I know some guys here are running multiple on racks and front bumpers. Can never have too many lights! :badger_1:
Hi Sernas,
I apologize you haven't received your rebate check yet. I will get to the bottom of this and figure out what's the status. PM inbound.

COVID-19 Notice:

CA State Governor Gavin Newsom has issued a "stay home order" to all California residents. Baja Designs has temporarily paused most operations until further notice from the State.
Select departments will continue to work from home and can be reached through...
A more comparable bar in regards to size would be the Baja Designs S8 series. Unfortunately, we don't offer it in an Arc style. The Onx6 series is the only light bar that we make as an Arc.
Here's the dimensional drawing for the S8 and Onx6 Arc so you get a feel of the size differences.
As of right now, we don't have any plans to change it. With any behind the grill kit, it's a little tricky to adjust. I would start with the light bar being horizontal to the vehicle and pointing it 5-10 degrees downwards. With different suspension setups, you'll have to adjust accordingly. Like...
Hi Blu808,
Sorry to hear there was some trouble with the install. Do you mind sending an email to our technical support representative, Matt? His email is [email protected]. He should be able to help out and determine what went wrong. Thank you.

Shoot me over an email, and I can get better pictures of the LP6 Pro. :) [email protected]
The LP4 is one our newest products, so we haven't had any blemished models. As of right now, just the LP6 Pro and I have a few LP9 Pros.
All of the S8 light bars have the amber backlit feature, along with the LP6 Pro. Do you know which light are you referring to? Let me know and I can PM better pictures of the whole light. This sale is just for the lights. It includes all the mounting hardware, universal brackets, and opposite...
We're excited to share our NEW Polaris RZR Pro XP Kits! To those Raptor owners that may also have a RZR Pro XP or be in the market for one, check it out!
Polaris RZR Pro XP Kits
With the recent release of the all-new 181 horsepower Polaris RZR Pro XP, our engineers quickly went to work and...
We actually had a customer share with us his install process for this exact setup. Check it out! :) He created a tap in to his 7 pin connector and made it so he can easily remove it when he's using his tow hitch.
Rigid Industries probably designed their bracket for their lights, that may be the reason you're running into mounting issues with our product. Unfortunately, I don't have much insight on a solution without modification to the bracket. Although, we do have a bracket that works with the Squadron...
