Hey BD....

Have you thought about changing the S8 to bracket bolt to a SS hex cap head bolt? I have my S8 installed, but not wired yet. No way to adjust with the provided bolts without removing grill, but sure looks like you could with hex cap head and lock washer. Sure hope I got it aligned, but if I have to take it apart to adjust then going to try finding SS hex head and see if that works.

As of right now, we don't have any plans to change it. With any behind the grill kit, it's a little tricky to adjust. I would start with the light bar being horizontal to the vehicle and pointing it 5-10 degrees downwards. With different suspension setups, you'll have to adjust accordingly. Like others mentioned, you can use tools like a swivel adapter or low profile socket to help. We appreciate the feedback and I'll let our product development team know your thoughts. :)

Would like a stock bumper mounted 40” light bar with as little encroachment on front camera. Was looking at RDS-SR from your competitor because of the low profile and even the F150LEDS Palidin which seems the lowest profile. I like the arced Onx6...looks like a great one for this location but maybe a bit taller than the Rigid SR (but I assume lower profile than the 2 row regular RDS).

Does anyone know what best way to mount this as low as possible on top of the front stock bumper? I don’t mind direct drill into bumper for this permanent placement.

We've successfully used the Zroadz brackets to install a Baja Designs 40" OnX6 Arc light bar on a Raptor. No drilling required. Totally bolt-in.

This will give you an idea of fitment, but will obviously have a Baja Designs light bar.

We'd be happy to put a package together for you for the light bar, brackets, and wiring to work with your truck. Let us know if we can help!

Are there issues with the 360 camera with this?

A more comparable bar in regards to size would be the Baja Designs S8 series. Unfortunately, we don't offer it in an Arc style. The Onx6 series is the only light bar that we make as an Arc.

Here's the dimensional drawing for the S8 and Onx6 Arc so you get a feel of the size differences.

hmm... i wonder if you could mount some XL80’s or LP4’s there in place of the led bar...
should be more camera friendly.

I have similar thoughts, has anyone tried this? Or is there product that would perform the same purpose?
