Was in a long line coming up to a stop sign. It was a lot of on gas, on brake, on gas etc as it was flowing pretty decently. When I came to a complete stop during my turn right before I hit the gas, the idle dipped down low and tried to briefly rise back up but then the truck stalled. It started back up and had been fine since. I noticed it did something similar to this during Christmas when driving through a light display, but did not fully die, just had a few idle dips and acted like it was about to stall, then came idle back up. It just cannot handle light gas and light braking well.

It has had a recent tune up, no other issues, no CEL. Running premium. It has had fuse 27 relocation done. Air filter is good, PCV and throttle body are good and clean, purge valve is good, MAF sensor is clean. All the basic things check out.

Any ideas? Maybe a failing fuel pump?

Did the problem start before or after the tune up and were the coils, wires and plugs all replaced? The fuel pump could be it or bad gas . I’d start with checking electrical connections. My mileage is about the same two problems I had were the coils & underbody ground strap .

Happened before tune up as well, did coils, 16 plugs, wires, even did injectors as well.
I did replace driver side 02, couldn’t get passenger side off, but numbers look good in Forscan. Will double check grounds.

I did read a thread where someone had similar issues and it ended up being their ac clutch. Mine is pretty noisy, but I did not have the ac on when this happened.

when it stalled was it like you shut the key off? or ran out of fuel? That being said... now days there isn't a dermic difference. but just thought I would ask. Sometimes you can tell.
