when it stalled was it like you shut the key off? or ran out of fuel? That being said... now days there isn't a dermic difference. but just thought I would ask. Sometimes you can tell.
More like ran outta fuel. As I hit the brakes the idle dipped, surged, then dipped again and stalled. Key still on, electronics still on. Turned key off and back on and it fired right back up no problem.

While dangerous and not a habit, I did note one of my last fuel ups the truck started idling funny while pumping gas. Before I left the parking lot it was fine again. I typically shut the truck off, so not much history to go off of, but may point to fuel pressure issues.

Okay, so weird update. For kicks, I decided to swap the relay from the fuel pump with the start/stop relay. Then started the truck. While warming up, the idle was inconsistent, then levels out after a few mins. But now I am having the idle dip issue now every few mins. This clip shows it, it slightly surges, dips hard, then recovers. Didn’t stall, but same sorta behavior as when it did. No AC, no radio, nothing else on. I did notice the fuel pump relay is about 115F when the rest are 80-90 when I shot them with my thermo gun. Throwing darts but I wonder if the fuse 27 relocate was done well. Might be a connection issue somewhere. This sounds like it is gonna be lengthy to resolve. Hmmm.

Do you want me to shoot my fuse with My gun see what I get? I know my 27 was done correctly. (I did it)

If you don’t mind, that would be helpful. #7 is a little warm but it may be residual heat from #8.
#70 was normal. Idk what the range is but I’ll look more into that.

check the wiring for fuse 27. actually, just check it all. the dealer did my fuse 27 but didnt. they put a relay in but never completed the wiring so i was still in the fuse 27 slot for power. similiar idle issue as my fuse 27 was partially burnt
