Because replacing a torque converter is a hoot. For extra fun, you have to drop that 85lb football-shaped transfer case before the 200+lb transmission. Right about the time you're thinking"I should have bought that minivan instead"

My house was purchased due to it's location and the huge attached garage it had.

The guy I bought it from used it mainly as a home woodworking shop. He had a Jeep parked sideways in the bay that was added. I figured if he can park in it sideways, it's big enough.

Check hose clamps on intake tubes around MASS air meter . I had one that was loose and would get unmetered air in and stall .

1100sqft attached drive-thru garage with 3 roll up doors, and a 36X48 heavy timber barn, (both have 9' ceilings). On 2+ acres. The owner built the house in '05, (when it was assessed at $460K), added the barn in '09. He lost it in '10. It sat vacant for 2yrs, then I got it for $212K in 2012. I may have pis sed away a lot of money on the Raptor, but the house was a steal. The only serious regret is that I can't fit a 2-post lift under the ceiling. That would be sick.
