Made a couple vid's. The first is the noise I'm hearing when I turn the wheel. The second is the slight play at the steering box.

Is this amount of play normal? Is that noise coming from the steering box?

Steering rack time it looks like. Throw some Tri-Flow on that tie rod heim joint and be sure but that play isn't right. I had the same type of play couple weeks ago and needed a new rack. Wasn't binding near as bad but sounds like intermediary rack might be compromised also.

I've had both replaced FYI. The intermediary rack you could feel in the steering wheel almost like it is pulling back on you and knocked/clunked. The steering rack didn't make much noise but had the same play and only found out because I was getting an alignment and they couldn't align it.

Like @treypal said call mackenzies offroad and get new heim joints. Had to do that too. The part number that worked for Alpha 1 rods was

Part # FKJMX14T770 and FKHRSMXL10T new rack and heim joint ends and was good to go. Pricing was $59 and $40 IIRC for each.

Does it make that same noise if you jack up the front to get the weight off the wheels?

I was recently looking at mine the other day and I didn't have any play at all.
