Well the dealer really had no part in the towing.

It was a Ford roadside assistance request from me and I was told it would happen by the RCSM. But it did not. The truck service is not a Ford tow truck. It's contracted out. You as the customer have no decision part of that. I specifically asked the truck driver about towing my truck and that I had requested a flatbed.

My dealer takes care of getting repatable tow company's threw Ford. It has to be a pre approved towing Survice. I'd defently right that tow company up.

Sounds like you have a very proactive dealer Wilson. The regional customer service rep told me I had to call roadside assistance and coordinate, not the dealer because that's how it's done

LOL, that was fast even for this forum.. I mean since it was towed not on a flatbed, popular opinion has your truck totally screwed now that it was towed in the wrong manner. Your truck is totaled even with the bolt in the oil pan, so what color you going to get next?

I pushed the bolt back in the pan, and put the drain bolt back in.
