No, you have to park and walk over the dune. Its a nice little section though.

I would but my knee is total crapola. I wasn't kidding when I said I'm a crip lol. We typically park on beach because it makes the leaving easier.

Sorry I don't keep up with this forum much, but everyone is meeting at Fort Fisher? I am probably going to be down there that weekend so I will try to find you guys if I can. There's a good chance that I will be out in the ocean stabbing flounder Saturday night, but during the day i'm sure I'll be able to spot 10-20 Raptors.lol

73rd sounds good. It is a little less "crowded" down there than it is back up around say 30th. My mom lives on 37th and we usually take her golf cart to the beach, but this time, considering the company we'll be keeping, I doubt I will be able to bring myself to leave the Raptor at her house on Friday, my Step dad may decide he wants to test drive her...

I think we'll be meeting up pretty early Saturday, but I am willing to bet that not everyone will make it all at the same time. I don't think we'll shun anyone for showing up a little later and make them start their own Raptor group on the beach.

Did you have a chance to check the ferry schedule?
