Are they side specific?

yeah it is side specific but only in the length of hose.

I repaired my IWE with some barbed fittings and rubber hose, FYI

Negative.. One part number for both sides and all years of Raptors.

I could have sworn I saw that one side was longer, passenger I believe. It's all one part though

Nah they are both the same. Had mine off when I did the rcv axles. The hose just press on. But the hoses are molded both together.
Could be different length hoses though
