Its not the switching.. It is when you switch in and out of 4wd you pull whatever contaminants (mud/water/dust) near the vent tubes that are sitting on the frames into the system.

do you plan on replacing the hoses from the hubs up. or just add on. there is a hydraulic company here is town that sells braided stainless line. was thinking that would be good to use. do the hoses just plug onto the hubs or is there a fitting. havent looked yet. was thinking about this when i install the rcv axles... jack

They have a dual hose going to down spindle to iwe.. I am going to extend and reroute the vacuum vent line that splits off and runs forward on the frame.

I know Greg was talking about this a while back. Just think its a good idea to get the hoses away from any dirt or moisture. Seems like built in failure. The braided hose would last way longer. Just like braided brake lines. Think I will get a braided line for the rpg steering reservoir also. For the overflow tube. Just have a rubber hose on it now. Just trying to be snowball ready. Just hope there is snow. Jack

If you bought a Wouxun, I think you're going to need the battery eliminator/cig adapter to make the radio last all day. If I make it up I'll bring a bunch with me, or I can ship them to Kanakry. They will be $18 each.
.

MIne came with a cigarette adapter. If everybody got the same KG-uv6d, it is already there.
