Had to put a new alternator on. This is the first one I have ever seen internally short to ground. SCARY!!!!!
Drained the battery in 8 min. We will see if the battery will survive.

So I've seen a lot of mixed information about the front diff covers being removed - Yes easy, or Hell no.

I can absolutely confirm - The 2011 6.2L cover comes right out. The 2010 5.4L Hell no! You have to remove the steering rack ..

Changed thing up a bit and pulled off the Method Roosts and went with a 17x9 Fuel "Ken Block 43" signature edition Bead Lock.
First time running a true bead lock and I have to say, I'm impressed with the craftsmanship and quality.
I was never a Fuel guy, but considering its the same company as KMC which I am very familiar with, figured Id give them a go.

As a side note.. I have some Method Roosts with 37 inch pro Comps for sale...
