So Cal
Max torque at 6000 rpm and max power at 6250 rpm and brakes requiring 20 inch wheels sounds great

Can't really compare unless we have a dyno graph. Would be interesting to see how the 2 compare side by side.

I would take the current V10.... I have been driving a V10 the last few days and it has some incredible power if you can believe that.

So I just read this. If they drop the Hellcat motor in the Dodge Ford will have to step up and go big hp boosted V8. Can't be outdone by some......... Dodge.....

The TRX has been a concept for about 3 years now. It would've already happened by now if Dodge thought it'd sell. BTW, no way that truck will be anything less than 80k if they built it. Just look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk.

It’s one thing to lay down 500rwhp, it’s another thing entirely to do it long term, with an acceptable component failure rate in the drive train and on top of that, do it with over 1 foot of suspension travel. Look at what Ford did to beef up the Gen 2 Raptor. It’s one thing to push 500rwhp through a 3500 pound car, again, add another ton on top of that, and the same components may not be up to the task over the long haul.

If they drop the hellcat engine in it, it will be a $100k+ truck with lackluster off-road performance. The street-racing crowd with more money than sense will eat it up and it will crush "Shelby" F-150 sales, but its affect on Raptor sales will be minimal since they will be very different trucks.

King suspension and 37s that’s very pricey , same with a hellcat engine (not to say it’s any more then the HO 3.5). Also they’d have to redesign it because the 19s got a redesign and they may have had to start over in a way

my guess is they just take the rebel, drop the hellcat motor in it, and then charge 90k for it. of course dodge fans will call it the raptor killer but it'll still be riding on the wimpy rebel suspension
