Why is Ford so damn stupid! Oil Pan/Repairs Rant

Truck is back and nothing was done. Parts are on backorder for the front timing cover, no ETA.

Techs can't find anything wrong to cause the noise in the front end, even though I told them exactly what the problem was, directly over the phone. it obvious they did nothing more than drive it around the parking lot as within 5 min of me picking the truck up the noise was present.

Since it's obvious I have to do their job for them, I pulled the front tire and took a video of the issue. According to the master tech that play is normal....

Thats the issue. There aren’t many good ones. The entire service industry is a thing of the past. No one cares. Can’t say I blame them.

So I can add to the thread I’ve got 17 gen2 and in the last 4 months the sunroof broke, IWE’s had to be replaced and during my oil change today they found the oil pan was leaking. I just got the truck back Saturday afternoon after the sunroof repair. I had it three days before I left it again at the dealership. Bad part was my warranty covered the repair and a rental but they had not vehicles and I live 40 minutes in another county from the dealership.. sucks makes me want to buy something else. My boys and I have 4 f150s (2 raptors and 2 Lariats) everyone of them has had the sunroof break.. bad luck lately..
