How touchy is Ford warranty and oil type?

There is no Mobil 1 ESP in 5W-50 Grade. There is Mobil 1 5W-50 Supercar that would be great for your Raptor R Coyote engine. This is great for any Coyote engine that requires 5W-50. Driven FR50 is great as well.

Keep in mind that the SPEC for Coyote engines has to do with low ZDDP(zinc). There are 40+ different types used by different formulas, the crappy grade ZDDP could harm catalytic converters and that is what Ford is trying to avoid. They have to warranty emissions equipment for 100K miles. Any 5W-50 synthetic that meets API SN will not harm your engine. Check your manual, I’m pretty sure it gives similar guidance. Lots of bad outdated info in this thread. I would not be putting T6 in any Gas motor, it’s great for Diesel applications, maybe the best, just not for gas engines. Diesel engines now have lower levels of ZDDP; this is a relatively new change.

I found several Mobile oil in 5-50, I must of had a Moble block.
