Maybe you can try to get it repaired under warranty, if it is something to do with the bonding process or the primer, more than likely will continue to peel. This, assuming your pressure washer wasn’t set too high.
What pressure washer, he was hand washing it with a soft wool cloth ;);)

Probably the first thing to try, as it won't be an option if you try to touch up yourself or get it professionally done. If warranty is no help, then there isn't much harm to trying the cheaper touchup option first. You can always go professional if you want if that doesn't get it done for you.
