Yes I know of the DOT legality and don't need a lesson on that. I know DOT options exist, I had Hutchinson wheels on my crawler but they are HEAVY.

Moving on, who has converted their stock wheels to true beadlock and runs them daily/frequently? Do you have any air loss or continual torque loss that makes them an annoyance?

About 1yr on them right now, no issues or airloss. I check the torque at oil changes but never had ay loose. Only hard part as you probably know is mounting or changing tires.

Have been running them on a 2014 since 2015. No problems. Have been able to mount/dismount tires without any problem. Biggest annoyance was torquing 24 bolts in 3 increments on 4 wheels. Big-O balanced them for me. Discount Tire said they wouldn't touch multi-part rims. I have a '61 F250 4x4 with split rims and it's about impossible to find anyone who will work on those anymore...can't really blame them.

Ran them in the 2017 Sonora Rally at about 12-15 PSI. Started at about 22 PSI but ended up at 12. Heat would quickly get them back up to 15 or so.

I've been running mine on the Gen2 for about 3 months. After long trips and/or more demanding off-road outings I'll re-torque the bolts. I never had any issues on my Gen1 after 2 years of running them, though I did have a drop of about 5psi after some heavy bogging about a week ago on the Gen2. After tightening everything up and filling the tire I've had no further loss.
