Great to see a s/c kit available. I may slap a blower on mine one day after the warranty is up. I love the blue option, but not digging the design of the case, I just prefer the traditional style looking blower.

lol not if you've known or dealt with JDM before :Grenade:

never delt with them an now am extremely cautious lol that bad huh?

does your premium dealers do this process as well? such as using those spark plugs and the fuel?

Spark plugs are recommended to install, so most dealers will install these. The instructions state to drain the fuel or run it near empty, basically ensuring that you have 91-octane and not 90 or less from mixes. So dealers are instructed to do this.

So if someone has already been running 91 or 93 the gas does not need to be drained

Yes, this is correct, unless its been sitting around for sometime. We, as a practice, tell all customers to bring in as low as possible, as we need to eliminate any doubt. I can't tell you how many times customers will top off with 91 and bring it to us with 87 and 91. So now we just tell them this everytime, just to eliminate any chance of a problem.

Hi Whipple Charged,

I just want to say hello from a FRF member, just got off the phone with Michael and he informed me you are from Whipplesuperchargers.
I'm surprized you didn't come aboard as a supporting vendor.
I have a complete kit going to Hassett Ford Dealership here in New York preordered two months ago can't wait to get it

Great to hear, sorry for the delays, we promise the kit will be worth it.

Do you have any installers near Houston, TX

Any installers in new hampshire? Will the kit work on a 2010 6.2 Raptor?

Nobody currently in NH. We do have Tasca Ford and Tasca Mod Shop, which is in Warwick, RI and have done literally hundreds of Whipple installs, very highly recommended. Tasca Mod Shop

ok now you have clarified what you were trying to say..like said above i wasn't alone in not understanding your post but now i do.

and yes i was aware ford runs whipples on mustangs..i just didn't understand why you randomly brought mustangs up on a thread about Raptor superchargers but now that you have said its because some ford dealers do install whipples..

I really do not understand what was so hard about using Mustang's as an example and certainly not random. When I'm going to spent 8,000 on something I do full research who, where, why and how. I'm sorry you guys had a tough time with it.

Any dealers in saskatchewan Canada?

Just Alberta, BC and ON, but you can go to a Ford dealer in your area.

We created what is now the "traditional" look so I can very much understand the different opinions on the looks. Just one of the many reasons why we didn't do the upside down SC like some others do. Were going more and more this way because it certainly is a better way to get the air to the SC and it typically fits in some of the applications better.:waytogo:

I just think what MTF is trying to say is that the Ford Raptor system is new, but Whipple/Ford is not so there are certainly many Ford dealers that have done Ford Racing Whipple systems before, and therefore have more experience then possibly some other places that have never worked on such a vehicle.

Since we've had a long standing partnership with Ford, many dealerships are in fact "dealers" of ours so that can make the install and warranty program go easier in some cases.
