I have actually been considering lately going with the whipple tune for my '23. I like the JB4 and have experience using it on a BMW 10 years ago and it worked just fine, but there isn't any transmission tuning included which is kind of a deal killer for me, and why I had been holding out hope for cobb+goose.
One con to the whipple route for me was that I didn't want their intercooler and intake (especially at $2,400+); I prefer to get cobb products. I just noticed the other day that it looks like you can get the whipple tuner as a standalone without the "parts package" here:

I'm wondering if the tune would play nice with a FBO truck? (e.g. cobb intake, cobb intercooler, k&n boost tubes, spd downpipes, etc.). I'm in CA and on the worst gas imaginable so with our 91 oct out here, I'd say the whipple tune is probably only good for 30-40 hp and 50-60 tq? but I think that may be enough of a bump, with the transmission tuning, to make it worthwhile to me.
