I'm on a wait list, I didn't preorder or anything, just like I did with my raptor. I was on a wait list for almost a year before I was able to order it.

The Ford dealership said they won't mark it up since I've purchased a raptor from them and they said they don't mark up their vehicles. The general manager says it's bad business practice and don't believe in ripping off their customers.

Wow, better keep that dealer info under wraps, that's great that they're not going to be doing ADM's on the new GT500!

Come to the dark side. muahahahaha.

a worked gt350 gets A lot more attention than most cars 2x or 3x the price. it also outruns them.

OTOH, it also gets a lot of looks from the crew in blue.

Stripes are for braggarts. :p

Sweet GT dude! I almost pulled the trigger on a black one, but had a black KR Screw at the time and two black vehicle is more work that I wanted! Looking sharp!!

there is a very good reason that my raptor is not black.

even with PPF and ceramic, it is a lot of effort to keep black, black.

I'm surprised the dealer let you sign up for a car that does not have a release date yet, let alone any public specs/information...other than a couple of ambiguous pictures to get people hyped. Sounds fishy...

We've done this for every specialty vehicle for the last 20 years.

As people come in asking about one and are interested in buying it we start a list. Date, customer name, address and contact info. Once we get product info, pricing and allocation information we start contacting the people on the list. First person gets first opportunity, seconds gets second and so on down the list. No deposit it taken until that point.

My 1st gen2 raptor customer was on the list for almost 2 years from the time I started the list and he took delivery of his truck.

We currently have a list for, GT500, Ranger, Bronco and the Bullitt Mustang

This is my other one..

Nice car!!

I just picked up a Teal 93'. Bought it from the original owner and it's only got 15,000 miles on it.

I also have a 97' Cobra and an 03' Cobra.

Also have a stock 2015 Taurus SHO for my commuter car. That's not actually mine in the pic- but same color, wheels, tint.
