What is this?

Noticed some sort of panel panel is falling off from back of the cab. Is this a major issue i need to be concerned?

Is that outside, under the back window? Is that one of the vents for the pressurization of the cab? If it is, you don't want water getting into the cab from there. It's hard to tell with that pic.

Yes it is outside under the back window. Looks like plastic or some sort of padding?

Yes there should be 2 of them, one on each side, they are vents, so that when you close your doors the air inside can escape out there, they are on all F150’s. It should be flush with the back of the cab.

Ok so any possible way to fix that?

I’m not sure, take the backseat out and see if you can pull it back in behind the cab from the inside or see if you can reach up from under the truck. I’m not sure if they are screwed in or just push clip in place.

They are easily accessible with the box off.

Here's an inside view, looks like they clip in place, so maybe you can get all of that dirt out of the way and push it in place with a hockey stick( Canadian thing) or something.

Yeah, idk what that is. Did you buy the truck new?
