I doubt that Ford dealers use Forscan (I may be wrong), but most dealers use the Manufacturers software. My experience with Jeep is that their software does not let them change certain parameters like the after market software does. So the dealer may not be able to do it. I do have a friend in the service department of my local Ford dealer, so I will go in and ask him.

I didn't know if they would/could do it or not. I figured asking is free. I have a buddy with a service garage that said he could do it for me, I just thought I would ask while it's already in there. I guess I shouldn't be surprised the service advisor doesn't know anything.

Dude, I had to show a service advisor a YT video to believe me that something could be done!

Maybe it's the grumpy old veteran in me but; am I the only one concerned about Russian coded software (Forscan) on my computer and subsequently my Raptor? I see plenty of people on here it works for and that's awesome - but what's it doing in the background or capable of doing later?

Is this how the Russian collusion was perpetrated?

this is like the time I walked into a Ferrari dealership and saw Albert Pujols Bentley getting cut on and all the techs were telling dirty jokes watching **** on each work station.

I was like only if Ferrari could see you all now? LOL
