We've been selling a similar rack for a while now, can mount duallys or light bars on all 4 sides, the holes for lights are slotted so you can mount just about anything:

The last place I would put a tire is on the roof! 100lb just of the tire and wheel maybe more for some combos. I would only put light weight stuff up there and 150lb total cargo. Lower center of gravity is the way to go even in a Raptor for better handling.

It does look cool to have the spare, shovel, ax, sand tracks and such up there so go with what you want.
