I've had my '11 raptor for over a year now and I've gotten more aftermarket things put on, but I am sort of at a standstill and with new looks. I'm looking more for tuneup now but I'm not sure how to achieve it. I've had it aligned and balanced but the steering wheel still shakes a little and the "get up" seems a little off to me. Answers or suggestions?? Here's my truck also

a 5star tune would add some good pep to your acceleration.

As to your shaky steering wheel, did this start after a particular offroad incident, or when you changed wheels/tires, or did it just seem to appear out of nowhere?

Stepside- what is "roadforced balanced?" and I think I'm looking at tune ups more than exterior add ons. I've seen things about the 5 star but I don't want to keep the little computer cluttering up the inside when I use it. Any other options??

Huh??

You don't leave it connected... you connect it, it runs for about 30 min, then the tune is loaded and you can just throw it in the glovebox or under the back seat or something. Nothing will be in your way.

Bojangles- I dont know much about the 5 star tune up. Info on it? And yes it was shaky ever since I got it aligned and balanced. Considering taking it back again but I dont want to spend the money if that's not the reason for it.

Bojangles-Okay. I had thought it stayed hooked up becuase I saw another guy just hook his up on the go. Any thoughts on the shaky steering wheel?

Modern tuning is really simple. You get a hand held device wih a tune installed on it from the company. This tun is designed for your vehicle and your location etc. it's like Bojangles mentioned, you just plug in n device to th truck/vehicle and upload he tune to your vehicles ECM. Once installed, you brow the handheld device in the garage.

Anyhow, on cool thing about the tune besides adding some pep, you can also remove the factory rev/governor settings which is set at 99-100mph.

You probably just threw a wheel weight bro. If your feeling it in the wheel,as opposed to your ass, Its most likely up front. Have both your fronts balanced again buy a good shop.
