Channel-Lock oil filter wrench from underneath. It’s still tight but allows you to loosen and spin off the oil filter by hand.

Can't get to it unless I pull the bumper....

I love it. I've had a Peragon cover on my last 2 F-150's as well and was happy enough to get one for my Raptor. They do an excellent job with their paint-to-match too. It doesn't block the rear window and it's easily removable if you need the extra space.
