For sure; I'm curious if it's leadfoot looking bright or avalanche looking dark. That's really bright for leadfoot; could also be camera effects.
I'm 99% sure that is lead foot, just like mine.

Probably so. My leadfoot rarely looks that bright.I'm 99% sure that is lead foot, just like mine.
It is actually wrapped with a flat primer-ish grey. Silver underneath.Is this avalanche on a gray day? Looks like something in between avalanche and leadfoot.
That clears it up, looks good.
all I want to know is how the heck did you get to the release mechanism in the first place?! I can't even get a view down the back of the seat let along get something down there to open it.
It was a pain in the ass... Don’t know if the SCAB seat is different, but lifting the seat bottom didn’t do squat to move the seatback forward on my truck. Removed the headrest and had my very fit son pull the seat forward enough to fit my big blocky paw down there with a hook-end probe (think screw driver, but pointy and with a hook-shaped end).
Figuring out where the actual release was located was the hardest Part for me.
