The real test for me will be when I can get it off road. So far, the on road characteristics are excellent. I would describe as smoother and more planted than stock.

I normally do my own mods when possible, but had a local and trusted shop take care of this one. For the full front and rear 3.0 install they charged me 3 hours of labor @ $98 an hour plus another $150 for an alignment.
So it’s smoother on road?

if you need maximum air flow, you could use thos brackets and put the light bar on the same hoops that you have those LPs.

it shouldn't block much, if any airflow at all, if you do it.

I still need to figure out which spal fans will work on my truck. I've been avoiding switching to LP6s on it due to airflow, but maybe one the LP4s come out, I'll see if they are worth the upgrade.

My whole intention was not to use a 20 inch bar on the tube and the plan was removing the bar and placing it on the UTV, get 4 xl'80's mounted on top of the ADD tube by the KC brackets but a friend of mine convinced me with the lp6's which after installing I am convinced that my Xl80's has more quality of light and the spread its a better light r in my opinion.

So if you are planing on going with an lp series please try it before installing just to be on the safe side in terms of expectations.
and when you figure out what spal fans works on your truck please do update us.

Does that improve the airflow to the IC? Someone asked me about that very thing when I mounted the 10” bar in my lower grill. It is less surface area than a license plate that Ford mounts there so not concerned. Those LPs aren’t exactly small either, albeit smaller than the LP9s. Obviously there are a lot of trucks with even multiple pairs of them mounted but you never know what issues they may have.

I've done a small test yesterday night temperatures were fine never had this over heat problem but at the same time I cant say that removing the light bar sorted the problem because we had a 12 degree drop it temperatures maybe more from 34 c to 20 c which might be equivalent to 54 f which is a huge drop.

Longest part of the rears is drilling the holes in the bed for the reservoir. And yeah fronts were easy! Just make sure you have a torque multiplication tool for that lower shock bolt up front. All can be done in a day in the driveway for sure!

Took mine off-road on this 11mile dirt road that I have taken my 2017 on a bunch of times, my 2019 impressed the heck out of me. The Fox Live Valves make a huge difference and the truck feels way more solid and planted over all the washboard and bumps.
