Installed a Swarf works license plate bracket to open up the IC grill for more air flow. Unfortunately I forgot I had inadvertently tried to screw a plate in @ the top when purchased new mistaking the rivets for holes (actually didn’t really look hard just assumed & you know what they say bout that) - so tried drilling em out but they were spinning too much to make it happen. Plan on pulling out & squishing rivet heads flat then sawing off carefully or just removing bumper & punching out @ which point may as well get it done in Linex.

The swarf plate bracket is top notch - and should be for the price. On the fence on whether to leave plate as-is or add a black “raptor” frame w/ it

grab the back side of the rivet with channel locks, finish drilling it out. get plastic push pins from the hardware store to plug the holes.

Emptied out my JLT catch can. I keep forgetting to check it. About half an ounce in the 2,500 miles since I last checked. Not too bad

Here’s what I did to my 19 Raptor.
Clear vinyl static cling film or can be adhesive backed
Covering:
Headlights
Exterior door pockets( where you put your hand to open man does this area get scratched up.
Fuel door
Optimum ceramic coat exterior and wheels
UNDERCARRIAGE
spray can rustoleum type black cover all rust signs( heavy on rear and leaf springs.
Clear enamel spray can type paint? On all exposed raw metal nuts bolts brake lines & fittings. No oxygen = no rust.
Also in side engine Bay Area nuts bolts etc. all raw metal needs protection.
Not saying it’s right or wrong just what I do. You asked

I will be coating them with raptor liner once they are painted the correct color and time is spent aligning them. Have to finish my wheel wells and mount Co2 tank for dirty dozen run next weekend :boobs:
