I second. Was thinking about doing the same. Did you order from dealer?
Had my local detail guy do the ceramic. He used the Gloss It Graphene coating with a 10h hardness. He did my first raptor and it looked great for six years so why not repeat the process. I am at a RC plane event and it has been sitting out in the dist all day. Still looks great.

After owning my 23 Raptor in Code Orange for 11 months, I decided to ceramic coat it myself using C-Quartz.

It has just over 10,000 miles on it. Ultimately it took one wash, then extensive tar removal, then a second wash and then it was necessary to clay bar it. About 18 hours of prep.

Then came the ceramic coating which was the easiest part and only took about 3 hours with my friend helping.

It shines like a diamond ring. The coating makes it almost glow in the dark. Definitely worth doing.

Now to see how long it lasts.

Changed the oil (1st time). What was Ford thinking with the access panels in the skid plates? Someone didn’t measure twice because without some good funnel placement on my part, I surely would have gotten oil all over the place. Oh well, figured it out for next time!

Nice futmoto valve, that works great. if you slowly turn the oil filter and let if drain slowly. it would come out of the back area without any mess. Try it next time, slowly drain the oil filter little by little, than it will come all out from the back without any mess.
