That sucks. But what do you mean by oil pan missing, huh?

I meant oil drain pan, not oil pan. Whoops. I had it in my storage closet outside my apt, went to grab it and it was gone.

I'd be hot. That's almost $90 in supplies plus the fact they put whatever they use in it.

I went to the dealership to confront them after not having my calls answered or returned that day. Service rep said the tech that did the oil change saw the oil and used it but overlooked the oil filter. He still had the filter though and changed it out for me. His excuse was believable enough because the filter does come in that white box that I could see being overlooked, so I didn't push the issue. While I don't necessarily trust dealerships, I do think they made an honest mistake and they fixed it.

Have to remove the following Joe, Radiator, Battery, Battery tray, Fan shroud, Fan assembly, alternator, power steering pump, assorted brackets, heater hoses, sending units, thermostat housing then reassembly... New housing should be here in an hour..

Hopefully it's not 140 degrees outside for you today so you don't melt to death doing all that shit. Lol.

This happened while driving home from Indianapolis. Didn't have my toolkit which had my lug key.... Doh!

This is the second KO2 I've trashed in the last month.
