Ordered 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Legend EXPs. Should be here Weds but I completely forgot I wanted to replace the stems with these Apex Rapid Precision Valve's. Ordered XL valves since the the stem hole is 0.8".

Just finished doing a radiator swap out. Leaking out the right side tank O ring. Not fun but not terrible until,... you get to the lower hose. WTF was Ford thinking??? Right behind the spring tower?

I always thought some auto engineer/designer caught some mechanic in bed with his wife so him and his buddies have vowed to get even with mechanics ever since.
Did you try heating up the hose a little to soften it up before pressing it on? It definitely seems like a task for someone with small forearms, long fingers, and a high pain threshold.

Dropped it off at a local reputable paint repair shop to get alllll the rock chips on the nose, doors, rockers, a pillars and leading window edge along the roof sorted. Wish I had better painting skill/equipment. I aperently have trust issues as I don't like others working on the truck...
ALSO wish the 1st owner would have put mid flaps on this thing, prolly would have saved the bottom of the doors and rockers from soo Many chips.... tho they likely would have installed the big Ole gatorback's held in with self tapping screws.

Starter is on. That top bolt is ridiculous. (It's like Pluto; astronomers theorized there was another planet there, then spent years trying to find it because they couldn't actually see the little bia tch). Had to cut a 13mm 12pt wrench in half to be able to rotate it a couple degrees about 80 times.... in both directions. Definitely used anti-sieze on the bolts per FTM's advice.
