What fer? Is the new pan that much thicker? They are small, not sure exactly but like 4mm x 15mm, and there's a ton of 'em...

Nah i just like to use new bolts especially since im in a rusty state.

Yup 21 bolts I believe, almost the same as one of the method wheel bolts that go around the outside which total 96 on all 4. that took me awhile to swap out LOL

What pan did you go with? This Mag Hytec says "Includes: Bolt Kit, Drain Plug"...and comes with filter if you get it direct from them. Aha! Installation instructions (from that site) says 6mmx25mm:

Not sure why 22 bolts and 23 washers...

Yeah that price tag, damn. Explains why I don't have one haha! But the diameter is likely the same since it has to thread into the trans housing itself. Doesn't say anything about thread pitch either, so yeah pulling one and going to Fastenal/Bearing Supply/Lowe's and matching it up would be your best bet...

I half wonder if some thick sticky tape would work temporarily?

Like the large gorilla tape or something.
The local stores don't have the vacuum line sets in stock. I just found a set for my 2011 Raptor for $58 delivered. I'm thinking that I could remove the oem Raptor set (that looks brand new) and put it on the 2012 ecoboost for now. Since the Raptor is still on a lift anyway.

The part number seems to be BL3Z7A785-B. Apparently it's the same part for the regular 4wd F150's as well as the Raptor, but it seems the Raptor version would need to be longer at both ends to reach hubs that are 3.5" farther from the frame?

I ended up taking the Raptor "Tube Vacuum" set off, (then pressure tested it), ran it up against & zip tied it onto the oem set, and trimmed off about 3" at the IWE ends. TOMORROW I can check to see if the IWE was damaged. TONIGHT it's gonna be Advil, the couch, and a cold frosty beverage.

Finally got the pics off my phone.....
A couple of months ago I got it out on the sand dunes for the first time. It was great but compared to my early Bronco its bloody massive. I did manage to cave in the stock front skidplate as well as fill every orifice with sand.
Quite happy with the air system I installed. Refilling the tires daily was easy, not super quick but acceptable.

Last weekend I prepped it for the winter.
Replaced a bad clockspring because the horn didn't work.
Gave it a good cleaning and wax. Sprayed down the undercarriage and door sills with rust preventative and got around to pulling the sunroof drains out of the sills. Want to do box liner but want to repair slight box bulkhead damage first. Guess that will have to wait until spring.
