Busy day:

Went down a bit over an inch in the back. I used the ReddiLift blocks.

Found out along the way that Ford used a solid driveshaft that slips into t-case rather than being bolted on both sides. Don’t ask why this recently became interesting…

Also wrestled the tailgate off, which was fun. SVC bed support is at p-coat right now. spare will eventually be relocated to bed.

Then uploaded new JDM tune. Very pleased. can’t tell if a real hp gain. i will run some 1/4 mile times and report back. either way the improvement in shift logic and feel is totally worth it.

fun day in raptor-land

Added some lumens. 4 oval lights. I know they arnt BD, or rigid. However they are solid lights out used on some mining equipment. Raw 5400 lumens. Usable 4300 or something like that. Price was right so I figured I would try em.

I'll get some night shots up here ay some point

Resprayed the rockers and bottom side with Cavity Spray. Had pulled the tape off the back of the rockers quite a while back and replaced it with rubber plugs. Pulled the plugs to do the spraying from the backside just as I did before. I know the sills are made up of a few layers of metal and you cant get into the outside cavity easily. I decided to pull every second plastic pin on the bottom door sill rubber to see how well that gets to the outside area. Several of the pins broke so I will need to pick up some new ones, but got in there very well with the spray nozzle.
