Went to dealership again today. More warranty work, ordered parts. Boy, this Ford PremiumCare ESP sure has paid off.
Picked up the leaf springs nuts from the parts department too, its coming off.
Ordered the larger transmission cooler and sway bar quick disconnects from Forged Off-Road.
Probably going to rewire the Baja Designs XL80's hood lights today too.

I tried to buy a new radiator cap, and couldn't do it!
The factory cap (which I believe has a failed seal) says it's rated at 20 psi.
Advance Auto looked at their computer and came up with a 16 psi cap for 2011 models, and 22 psi for 2012 models.
I wasn't impressed, so I drove across town to the only Ford dealership in town.
Their computer doesn't give the psi rating for the part, and they didn't have it in stock anyway.
Sometimes it's like that, but it shouldn't be. Raptors are built on assembly lines.

UPDATE: $27.25 plus tax at the Ford dealership parts counter. (No, it's not gold plated.)

I just replaced mine and purchased it off Amazon. I referenced it with tascaparts and the part number on the cap.
