Did you find out the root cause?

It appears as though something can loose and moved, or the misalignment spacer failed. Hard to tell which went first.

That bolt shouldn't of bent all torqued down

Just an FYI - watch those brake sensors. The added heat will **** them all up and mess with the computer putting you out of service in a bad way.....
