Took it to the car wash to rinse off the gravel dust. Manager stopped me on the way out and banned me from the wash. Raptor is too wide and breaking their equipment.

How could your truck break his equipment? My friend owns a carwash and he said as long as you rinse it off and get all the mud off it's fine for the carwash and equipment unless your too wide. So no not joking.

It's actually in the Raptor Supplement manual, page 25. I have never taken mine through a car wash since I had it now, always a manual one or I wash it at home. Does kinda suck but it is what it is.

CLEANING THE EXTERIOR
Do not drive your vehicle through an
automated, commercial car wash due to
the vehicle’s tire width and track. Wash
your vehicle by hand, or by using a
touchless commercial wash with no
mechanical tracks on the floor. Do not use
a commercial or high-pressure wand on
the bed-side graphic surface or graphics
edges.
