Research the Mishimoto radiator, there have been a few that have had problems with it. Poor craftsmanship.

I'll definitely pressure test it first. Maybe let it sit overnight before installing it.... sure don't want to do it twice.

The complete list of replacement parts: new bfg tires, Method wheels, stainless brake lines, brake rotors & pads, diff cover, OEM 2.5 Foxes, new bushings & balljoints on the LCA's, new RPG UCA's and billet tie rods, new Geiser coil springs, mishimoto radiator, radiator hoses, & trans cooler, new oem AC compressor, condenser, & lines, water pump & thermostat, new power steering pump & lines, steering sector shaft, power steering rack bolts, injectors, spark plug wires,, ignition coils, new Banks Igauge, fuse 27 upgrade, & led cube lights. I got rebuilt brake calipers and rebuilt the original power steering rack and 6r80 transmission.

I can’t imagine how it’s gonna feel to wash all that dust off and rip it lmao

also, dont buy the cheap amazon set. they swivel, but are not smooth. the way its cut out isnt perfectly round so it catches and wont work properly

Removed the lower grill support bar and stripped and painted it. It was getting pretty orange with rust and visible from in front of the truck.

Gonna get some oil to change it, possibly over the weekend.

Looking into new rotors and pads. Thinking powerstop z36 carbon/ceramic pads and regular geomet coated rotors and caliper repair/refresh kit.
