Sound system finally upgraded. Had a custom box built to replicate the Sony box and bolt down in the stock location. 6.5" 750W Scandaltek subwoofer that hits hard with a flush mounted bass knob. 2000W 5 channel amp mounted behind the seat using a Pac AmpPRO with the stock head unit. JL C5 and War Audio door speakers with bullet tweeters.

If anyone is interested in a box like this PM me as he can make more!

Nope...Just colored matched bumpers and flairs....However I am thinking of having PPF

Had the coilovers assembled today fox 2.5s and geisers, went low perch to start.

Noticed one assembly is a tad crooked, is that an issue or will the new insulator break in and correct itself??

Had the annual rustproofing applied. Only rust we could find was on the rear tow hooks and inside the hitch receiver.

My bad. Its not installed in the truck yet.

The top mount seems a bit tilted on the coilover itself. Not a lot but I noticed it when setting it upside down on the floor. Seemed off a tad. Ill try to get a pic tomorrow of what i mean.

Edit. Nm i guess they both are and that bracket alines them when installed. I’ll figure this darn truck stuff out eventually LOL

Those quick disconnects can be Very annoying, but I find if you spray some penetrant in the fitting push line in on tool and then away. [if that makes sense] usually come loose.

New tools arrived. Both got the job done. I spent more time cleaning up trans fluid off the ground than disconnecting them.
