Not gonna lie i did forget to put a heat shrink on a couple times after i repaired the wire. And had to re run the wires in front of the metal bracket in the door cause it blocked the window from going all the way down. Lol
You could use a couple of layers of liquid electrical tape. I tend to go overboard and use it even after using heat shrink. Lol

Oh my… just watched a video on how to remove the radio(for the navtv cable) Thats alot of work and 7mm screws. So this may wait till the weekend for me to jump into. Not including the finding and running of a couple wires to under the hood. I miss the older chevy trucks, man those were so easy and fast to do. These new vehicles are crazy.

Thanks to this guy i know what to look forward too lol.

If you are not running the wires into the center console to use for the dvd option it is actually not that bad. Just have to remove the pieces in the center of the dash and nothing in the center console. Hardest part is just removing the screws for the parts and prying it to get to the screen to pop it out.
